The windshield wiper on the driver's side has stopped moving when the wipers are turned on. How do I repair?

The wiper linkage that transfers the motor rotational movement to the wiper pivot may have popped off or broken off of the metal ball that it connects to under the cowl at the base of the windshield. You need to remove the plastic cowl and visually inspect the wiper linkages and plastic end pieces. The linkages are available through your Honda dealer.
