2003 Honda Civic Check Engine/Exaust Manifold

My check engine light is on and I also noticed that on my exaust manifold there are wires that arn't atatched to anything. What are those wires, could that be the cause of my engine light being on and what should I do?

Hi april_s_22,

Get a scan done to find out what is causing the CEL to show.

The wires on the exhaust should be from the HO2S ( Heated Oxygen Sensor) and that would cause the CEL to show.
