2002 Honda Civic High Pitched Ringing

I hear a high pitched ringing coming from the front when I hit about 60 mph. It is sporatic and does not last for more than a few minutes. It starts a minute or so after I get on the highway and will last about
3-4 minutes.

Noise is the worst online diagnosis a tech can do. We can see what it is. We have to rely on you for the info. The more info you provide, the more accurate the diagnosis.

The next time it happens, look at your rpm gauge for your engine speed. Park the vehicle. With help of an assistant, have him rev the engine up to the same engine speed, and try to locate the noise from under the hood.
