When I start the car, it revs up then goes way down. I have to wait a few minutes before I can go. If I go too soon it stalls and loses power as I am driving. It doesn't actually turn off, but it feels like it will. If you push on the gas, it doesn't go anywhere.
After a few minutes it goes as if nothing happen.
If I use the car, turn it off and go back in a few minutes later it happens again. What could it be?

There should be DTC stored in the engines computer. First step would be to scan it.

If that doesn't reveal anything, try servicing the IACV and throttle body, but I have a feeling your problem is a bit more serious than a dirty throttle body.
