2001 Honda Civic Clunking noise when stopping on hills

Just wondering what could be the possible cause of a clunking noise heard when stopping on hills? I just had both sets of breaks replaced.

Up hill or down it probably does not matter, but you don't have any problems any other time? It can either be an issue of how they were installed or it can be something like a bad tie rod end.
