2000 Honda Civic Start up.

Every time I crank the car there is a grinding noise. After driving for a while sometimes it shuts off or at times the cars feels like the car is being pushed.
I just got a tune up and it remains the same. What can this be?

If the grinding noise is always there when the vehicle is idling, check your a/c idler pulley among other pullies on your vehicle.

If the noise is ONLY when you start it up, it's your engine flywheel ring gear or your starter motor.
