2000 Honda Civic Humming Noise / Proportional to Speed

As I increase the speed when driving past 20mph, there is a loud, very noticable humming noise. The tires are new. The noise goes away when I veer/turn towards the right (passenger side). However, it comes right back when I straighten out. I'm guessing it is the wheel-bearing, but cannot pinpoint where it is coming from. What can I expect to pay for repairs and what else could possibly be wrong? Thanks!

You may need an alignment. When you replaced your tires, did you previously have an irregular wear pattern? This could hint that it's not your driving style, but perhaps a misaligned axle.

Not sure how long you've had the tires, you just said new - but you may want to do a tire rotation next time you get a lube & filter, that may help.

You definately have a bad bearing. Approx cost to repair is $250. Not an easy do it yourself job unless you have a hydraulic press and you know how to use it.
