My idle has been erradic for some time - I finally replaced my idle control valve with a new unit and I just got a code for a faulty baro sensor!

I don't know where my barometric pressure sensor is so I don't even know where to find it-any help would be appreciated!

Your vehicle uses the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor and it is located on the throttle body.

Below is a link to explanations for cel codes. The MAP sensor is number 5, but the code I got was number 13. Are the MAP and Baro sensors the same thing?

Sorry about that, upon researching my sources, below is the info. I found for your vehicle with a trouble code 13

Basically you will need to swap your powertrain control module with a known good one. Afterwards reset the engine codes and if the code doesn't come back on with the good PCM you will need to replace the original PCM.
