1999 Honda Civic radiator leaking

My car keeps overheating and iv noticed that when this occurs, there is anti-freeze squirting out of a small hole on top of the radiator just under where the hose connects my anti-freeze container to my radiator.

You might have to replace the hose and the hose clamp.
