I got a check engine light code p0135 changed primary o2 sensor cleared codes and light came on new code p0131 that says o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1

what to do next

You're most likely gong to have to replace the primary oxygen sensor.

I would put a labscope or a graphing meter on the sensor and look at it's waveform. It might be lazy or not switching enough.
