1998 Honda Civic speedometer

My speedometer and tachometer does not work at times. Replaced speed sensor but did not fix problem. Any suggestions?

The clusters on your vehcile have been known to fail at times. I would ensure all the connections at the back of the cluster are good, also test your ICM inside your distributor. The ICM can cause a faulty rpm signal.
