1998 Honda Civic Front vibration at speed 50+

Replace right CV axle, balanced wheels, no change. Mild vibration starts at 40-45. Distinct vibration at 50-55, bad by 60. Still vibrats with transmission in neutral at speed. Vibration does not change with engine speed either in gear or in neutral. Vibration only changes with road speed.

Symptoms indicates a fault with the wheels. Check if any of the rims are bent. Recheck the wheel balancing and if sports rims had been installed, ensure the center hub is of the correct size.
