Hi ajm3140,
Valve cover bolt/nuts torque = 89 ins.lbs ( 10 n.m)
I do not have any diagrams to show the sequence and the normal way is to tighten in stages in criss cross pattern starting from as close to center as possible.
Remember to apply gasket sealer to the corners at camshaft seal housing.
