1996 Honda Civic fuses keep blowing

In the car the alt and sp sensor fuse keeps blowing replaced the alt and unpluged the speed sesor and replaced the batt and tried replacing a part in the fuse panel it was a brown block and sweped out the brain cause I was told might be it any advice

The power wire from the alternator to the battery is chaffing against the intake manifold (underneath it). I have seen this many times on 96-00 civics. Find where it is rubbing and repair the short.
