1996 Honda Civic 4 cyl

I need to replace the ac belt on my daughters car. The routing of the belt I believe goes around the lower motor mount. Am I right and if so what is the best method to get the fricken belt around the mount

turn the wheel all the way to the left. Remove the splash shield (or enough clips/bolts so that you can access the torque mount). You will see one 19mm nut, remove that, and two 14mm bolts that fasten the rubber part of the mount to the frame. Remove those two bolts and the bushing/mount should come out. This is how you remove the belt.

Don't worry, removing this mount will not shift or do anything to the engine.
