1994 Honda Civic IAT sensor power supply

1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have checked the IAT sensor for voltage readings but no voltage, where will I find the power source, according to the manual there should be 5 volts

The 5 volts power source comes from computer connector D- D22 SG with the green and white wire-also powers the TPS, CTS and Heated Oxygen Sensor

Pin 16 at the datalink connector should be hot all the time, is it? If no voltage, check the fuse, rdo--cluster--misc fuse, 10 amp in the fuse box. My info shows a security system on your vehicle, I probably can't track that from here.

The purple wire at the starter solenoid S terminal, should be hot with the key in the crank position, if it isn't hot, backtrack the circuit. Any testing make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.
