1994 Honda Civic Acceleration

Question-Car has poor acceleration. Transmission slips just a little bit but do not think it is related. Anyway, cannot go much faster than 50mphh. Catalytic converter?

Get the exhaust backpressure tested to rule out the catalytic converter, check the ignition timing and fuel pressure-then come on back and we'll check out other possible areas-

96 honda del sol doch vtech b16a has now power runs and starts but its boggy no power at all lots of noise and new distibutor wires pugs and new fuel ilter
