I have to fill radiator with water everyday. Does this mean that there is leak in water pump and it needs to be replaced?

I have done some work on my own vehicles, but I am in no way a pro at this so you may want to wait for another's reply. But I will tell you what I think. But like I said. I'm no pro.

Loss of water is bad but not always from the water pump. What I would do is look under the car for any puddles. Check all hoses to see if anything is leaking. Even look at the bottom of the waterpump.

If you don't see anything then start the car and check again. If you still don't see anything then wait until the thermostat opens and check again.

Now if you don't see any puddles under the car and can't tell where your water is going then I would say to check the oil dipstick to make sure it's not watery or foamy. Then check the tailpipe to see if it has antifreeze coming out of it. If one of those 2 things have happened then I would say intake or head gasket (remember. I'm not sure)
