I have a 1993 honda civic coupe, I just did a full tune up on my car. My car was running fine and than after I did the tune up. When I take off I have to keep giving it gas in order to stay on if not it will start shake a little bit than it will turn. I cant even stop at a stop sign without it wanting to turn off. Also at that it take a long time for my car to pick up speed ill be at a stop than I start to take off it takes a good wile to catch speed its annoying cause my car sounds loud like its moving fast but really im not going anywere. And it just started happing before it was fine. So if u can help me thank you.

Have the timing checked, sounds like the belt jumped a tooth or two.

Ok check the spark plugs to see if its in order. If that doesn't do nothing it could be your distributor cap and/or coil or both. My 2000 si did the same but when I was in a stop light it felt like it wanted to die so I had it on N then when I had to go I had to press the gas slow and not floor it or else it would shut off (like if I would of put it on Nutral) check that out to see if its that I hope I helped. Good luck.
