On my 4 door 1992 civic the driver side power window is going down extremely slow sometimes just stopping all together. When it stops I can feel a clicking from the switch but nothing happens. The window rolls up fine with no problem. Should I replace the motor or the regulator? Do I need to do any tests to determine what is in fact faulty? Thank you for your time

Thank you so much for responding to my question. I was able to get the door panel off and check the motor relay. All was well it turned out that the problem was just with the regulator and after removing it and lubing it I didnt even have to buy a new one. I will keep my eye on it but thank you again for your assistance this website is very cool and helpful. I will tell everyone I know about it.
