1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I own A 1992 honda civic lx with a jdm D15b Motor and running a P08 Ecu. I did the wiring already for my single wire 02 sensor. Here is the numbers in my failure with emissions (HC) is 1.34. Needed @ 1.00 (CO) is 34.38. And of needed @ 12.00 the others I passed. If possible, Please assist me for I am.

Is there any trouble codes present?
The emission failed for what speed range test?
Have you checked the igntion timing?

Only code is for the vehicle speed sensor.(M15 2.3100 5525? TestSeq. SID? LDV 04.0-4000 (unfamaliar on what speed range test would be on, all I know im @ phx. AZ, by the way the NOX is @ 1.46 passed (2.50 was needed) hoped that is what you needed.
