Shaking in engine

I have a 1999 V6 honda accord with 110000 miles and when I acellerate it begins to shake mainly around 45 and 55 mph. The engine does have a small oil leak b/c of bad rear seals. The rpms move up and down while driving and the shaking persits. Im not quite sure what it is

At idle it runs fine and at other speeds? First thoughts are the motor mounts, such as one of them might be bad.
