Rough Idle at start

Very rough idle when I start my 92 accord 5sp with 226K. Last 5 to 20 seconds then runs perfect. At times it starts and idels perfect other times a rough idle from mild to very rough occurs. I changed the cap, roter, and plugs. I even tried fuel injector cleaner thinking it might help. This only occurs when I start the car no matter how long it has sat 5 min or 24 hrs, hot or cold.

You might check these three things to start with:

1. Idle Air Control - take it off and clean it. There are screensin it and it has coolant flowing through it as well as air.

2. PCV valve - should only let air flow one direction

3. EGR valve - take it off and clean. Check it for easy operation.
