Power window and lock broken after window replacement

Last fall some of our kind neighbors broke out our front, passanger side car window to steal $1.50 in quarters. We stupidly took our car to a very scary looking mechanic in a bad part of town to have the broken out window replaced. After we got the car home, we discovered that the passanger side window and power lock don't work at all. No sound or electrical type response at all when we try to use them. We thought it would be safer to live with the broken stuff than go back to the scary mechanic. Now it is hot, the air conditioner is broken, and I can't roll down my window. It is a 94 Honda Accord. Is there an easy way to fix this?

You are going to have to remove the door panel to see what the scary guy left unplugged or broke. Should be fairly obvious once you are in there

How do I get the door panel off? Are there directions or daigrams for doing this somewhere?
