Passenger auto door lock won't lock on start of car

I have a 99 Accord EX Coupe. Both auto door locks work great when I use the alarm button or the driver-side door swich to lock/unlock the car. When I start the ignition, both doors are supposed to lock automatically but only driver side locks. The passenger side lock make a little jerk but does not lock.

Any idea what this problem is and how to fix it?

I think your problem is the multiplex control unit. Try these tests.
