O2 Heat Sensor

My Tranny guy got a messge on his little read out:

PO141
O2 Heater Cucuit Malfunction
Bank 1 Sensor 2

1997 Honda Accord
4 Cyl w/AC

Can I replace this myself, and if so, will I be able to do it with my "Chilton" Manual?

Yes you can replace it. Do some checking but I believe that is the aft catalytic converter o2. There are two on that vehicle.
