Honda Accord WONT START.

I HAVE A 2000 HONDA ACCORD SE HAS WITH 166,000 MILEAGE. LAST MONTH MY CAR JUST START HAVING THIS PROBLEM. WHEN I TRY TO START MY CAR IN THE MORNING IT STARTS UP BUT AFTER THE CAR TEMPERTURE GOES UP I SHUT IT DOWN AND WAIT FOR LIKE SEVERAL MINUTES IT WONT TURN ON ANYMORE. ALL I CAN HEAR IS A CRANK SOUND WITH I TURN THE KEY. I TRY HITTING THE STARTER SEVERAL TIME AND IT DOES HELP START THE CAR WHEN I TURN IT ON. AFTER TWO AGO MY CAR WONT EVEN START EVEN AFTER I HIT THE STARTER. PEOPLE I KNOW THINKS ITS THE STARTER OTHER SAID THE SPARK PLUG. SO I DONT KNOW WHAT WRONG WITH IT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

When the vehicle does not want to start, determine if the vehicle is putting out spark to the cylinders. You also need to check to see if fuel is being delivered to the cylinders.

WHAT MY CAR DOES IS THAT WHEN I TURN THE KEY TO START THE CAR. THE FAN IN THE RADIATOR SPIN LIKE KINDA SLOWING AND YOU CANT HEAR ANYTHING BUT A LOW SOUND LIKE TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII.

That sounds like bad connections and dirty terminals. Look at the battery terminals and cables.
