I drive a 91 honda accord ex. The problem is that I replaced the passanger cx axle, and After about 40 miles the axle comes out of the transmission. I have to jack the car up and take the tire off, push the axle back in, but the process repeats itself. How do I correct that from falling out? Please help. ?

Well looks like the "C" ring its to tight on to the shaft or its missing.
