96 Accord power steering high pressure line r&r

4 cyl (2.2) 123,000 miles Did all kinds of searches and haven't come up with anything. Can a guy with fat hands do this without taking half the engine off first? And what is that senor/switch that is in the line?

Thw switch is most likely for idle kick-up when wheel is turned and car isnt moving so the engine doesnt get bogged down. All I can tell you is take off what you have to so you can fit your hands down in there
