I just bought a 92 honda and found out that there is oil (a lot) on mostly the 1st and 4th spark plugs. What does theis mean? I think if I figure this out, the shaking will go away.

Thanks for your time.

This is a minor problem. The spark plug hole seals need to be replaced. Usually, this come in a set together with rocker arms cover gasket. :D

The plugs are oil fouled. As previously stated this could require a new gasket or two. However, depending on the age of the plugs it can be expected for a 14 year old car to leak some oil. Replace all four plugs and see what happens. If they become oil fouled quickly I would recommend a new gasket.
