2008 Honda Accord 60,000 service question

I need my car serviced and the technician is telling me I HAVE to do certain maintenance items. These maintenance and service items are adding up to over $400 and I am pretty sure he is trying to upsell me on things I do not need. I was just wondering what items are needed and what are considered "fluff".

The 60K includes air filter, ac filter, oil and filter change, trans. Fluid, coolant, brake inspection, tire rotation, brake fluid flush and inspection of suspension components.
