2006 Honda Accord

For a couple of months now my car has had this problem where, everytime I turn the car on and put it in reverse itll turn off or if im driving and stop at a red light and then accellarate the car turns off. This happens 2 out of 5 times a day. Ive gone about 7,000 miles with this problem. The engine light in my car is always on awsell.
