Check Engine light because of 4 Codes

I took my car EX-NAV (V6 engine) to AutoZone to findout what the Check engine light is about and They gave me 4 codes. P0134, P0457, P0497 and P02251. I took it to the local mechanic and he quoted me $250 for the parts and labor. I drove the car to another mechanic shop who was highly recommended by a friend. This time the quote was $700 for parts and labor.

I know that there is an O2 sensor that needs to be replaced. But not sure if there is a EVAP issue - but I do experience some amount of jerking in lower gears or changing gear from reverse to drive.
Please advice.

Code 457 means your fuel cap is loose or missing or it could be bad. Make sure to tighten it at least 3 clicks after getting fuel. T his could have also caused code 497 code 134 is the O2 sensor is bad. 2251 is the rear O2 sensor problem, but that may straighten out by replacing the front one. So clear the codes and make sure gas cap is tight and see what comes back on.

I got the gas cap replaced and the rear o2 sensor replaced. That solved the problem.
Thank you much!
