2005 Honda Accord Power Door Locks

My power door locks do not work after I have washed the car and dryed it with a high powered dryer. I use the key pad and does not open and close only manually it works. Is this electrical or just water went into the computer locks and messed it up?

Start by checking these three fuses, under dash fuse relay box in kick panel. Fuses # 7, 8 and 21.
