I have an 2005 Honda Accord and the other day my Husband and I noticed the heat was not working correctly until we were driving then the care would heat up. We got and couple of miles down the road and noticed the car overheating and pulled over to the side and lefted the hood to discover a black hose with clear fuild coming out of it. Can you please advise me to what might cause this and is the a costly repair. Also we can not run the heat nor drive fast or the car will overheat.

Thank you

Hi brandi562,

When overheating occurs, you need to check the radiator coolant level. Most probably there is not enough.

You need to check for leakages and the hose you mentioned, is the fluid oil or water based?
