2005 Honda Accord Ball bearings

I do my own oil changes now, and I understand that when you take it to a mechanic for them to do the oil change for you, they (are supposed to) grease your ball bearings for you. Now that I do it on my own, how often do I need to get these ball bearings greased?

Every year id say after or before winter. Its up to you. But even thats over kill you can get by once ever 15,000 miles. But remember the more you do it the less wear on the parts.
