2004 Honda Accord Vbration

When I turn the car in either direction you'll hear a clicking sound. Also, when I accelerate fast the car vibrates. Once I reach my desired speed the vibration stops.

Check the CV joints it could be worn.

Yes it sounds like the cv joints are worn, also check for a bad motor mount.
