2004 Honda Accord Is it the tires?

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2004 Honda Accord 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 72,000 miles

My car shakes from 55mph to about 65mph. I have had my tires rotated & balanced, checked for imperfections, alignment, and it still shakes. Every place I have taken the car to says that is probably the tires and they need to be rotated and balanced. But it still shakes. What is another possible issue to cause this problem, I just want it fixed. Thanks
