Is there an emergency fuel pump shut off when the car is towed or in an accident? If so, how is the switch reset so that the fuel pump will work again?

Hi MSchoaf,

There are no reset switches and if the fuel pump does not work, you need to check if power supply is available to the pump. If yes, the pump is faulty and needs to be replaced.

If power supply is not available, you need to check the PGM-FI main relay and fuel pump fuse.

Do you have an image because I don't see the switch in the fuel pump wiring diagrams. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
