I have a 2004 Honda Accord. I was told by a mechanic the blower motor resistor is bad. I'm guessing this is a pretty easy fix. I just don't know where the blower motor resistor is located and exactly how to replace it. If someone can give me good directions to where its located, what it looks like, and how to replace it I would appreciate it. Thanks

Hi rjeffrey,

The power transistor is located under the glovebox towards left rear. Close to center of dash.

I do not have any diagrams to show as it seems the one in our database is wrong.

Replacement is rather simple. Unplug wire connector and remove the 2 holding screws. The power transistor can be removed.
