My honda accord gives very heavy black smoke and soot from exhaust when I accelerate or reve the car. The diesel (fuel) consumption is very high (7.5 miles to a liter of diesel). What can I do to sollve this problem?

Hi alexallotey,

Check the basics first.
1. Air filter. If it is badly clogged, black smoke coupled with lack of power is evident.
2. Fuel quality. Was fuel contaminated?

If both above does not help, you need to check/service the fuel pump.
