I am in the process of changing the wiper motor in my 2004 honda accord. I got it all taken apart and new motor put back on the linkage but CAN NOT get it back in it's home. Are their any pictures available or secret to the postion the linkage should be in, in order to get it out? Please help!

Did you mark the linkage before removing from the old motor? If it is in the correct position, it should be fairly easy to get the whole assembly back in to the cowl. If the linkage is in the correct position, plug the motor in and hit intermittent once to be sure the motor is in the "home" position before trying to install it. Typically, an Accord wiper motor/transmission is very easy to replace.
