2003 Honda Accord rough idle at stop light

Hello,
My car idles rough when it is in drive while stopped at a stop light. It is not as bad when the AC is off, but is still slightly noticeable. I have changed the spark plugs as one mechanic recommended.

Inspect your idle air control valve, also a throttle body cleaning wont hur as your throttle plate might be all full of carbon an stuck
