2002 Honda Accord why do my car use so much coolant

2002 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i put antifreeze in my car 5 days ago and it ran hot last night. What do you think is wronge? I just recently got the thermo change.

Need to have it checked for leak
need to do a coolant pressure test
