2002 Honda Accord very confused

My cars air quit blowing on speeds 1, 2, and 3. It works fine on 4 everything is perfect on 4. The fans will kick on on all speeds out side the car but nothin in side

O.K., #4 on your switch gets full voltage & that why it works still. # 1 2 3 speeds work through a resistor w/ 3 diff. Size resistors that give them there slower speeds. This is located in blower motor case b-hind glove box & not a timely or costly repair. If someone tells you it is continue looking for honest tech or shop. GOOD LUCK !
