I need to replace the cabin air filters. I understand that to replace them I need to remove the glove box. I have removed the four screws I can find but I am still unable to remove the glove box. Help

Remove dashboard center lower cover by detaching the clips.
Detach the clips and release the tabs, then remove right fuse box cover.
Remove the screws from the passenger's dashboard lower cover. Detach the lower left clip first by pulling down on lower cover. Then, detach the remaining clips. Remove the passenger's dashboard lower cover.
Remove the screws from bottom of glove box.
Wrap a flat headed screwdriver with protective tape, and apply tape around the related parts to prevent damage. Insert the tip of screwdriver in the notch of the cap, and release the hooks by prying up the cap.
Remove upper glove box screws. Release the hooks, then pull down on the striker to remove the glove box. Disconnect glove box light connector.
Install the glove box by reversing the removal procedure. Make sure glove box light connector is plugged in properly.

Now with the glove box out of the way, remove the filter lid from the evaporator, then pull out the lower dust and pollen filter an dupper dust and pollen filter in that order.
Remove filter from the housing and replace it.
Install filter in reverse order. Ensure arrow marks on edge of filter face in direction of air flow.
