I just changed the spark plugs and ignition wires on my 2001 Honda Accord (used whatever cheap brand Pep Boys gave me). It ran fine for a day or so and now the check engine light is on and when I am driving and coming to a stop the car feels like it is going to stall. It idles fine and drives fine. It is only when I am coming to a stop that it starts sputtering and feeling like it is about to stall. I checked the plugs again as well as all the ignition wire connections and everything seems fine, but still having the problem. Any ideas?

What brand plugs and wires did you install?

You should only use NGK plugs on that vehicle.

Also, retrieve the DTC, it may lead you to which cylinder is mis-firing and then you can try to see if it is a defective plug or wire.
