My check engine light went on - I stopped by a place they checked it - they replaced the fuel tank lid, and put in a new oxygen sensor (I think that's what it was). He turned the light off and I drove away. The light came back on. He hooked it back up and said it was probably a leak in the fuel line. I'm a single mom on a very fixed income. Do you have any idea how much that should cost to fix? I don't want to get had.

Do you have a EVAP leak or fuel leak? Do you know which fuel line?

I don't know. I'm a girlie girl. I took the car to Advance Auto Parts and he hooked up the thing and said it's a leak in the fuel line or the vacuum?

If that's not enough information to give me a general idea of the cost, that's cool. Thanks!

Hi bgrayduck,

What was the exact truble code retrieved?

We need to know the trouble code to be able to determine what is wrong.
