2001 Honda Accord HVAC Blower Motor is making noises

Hi, I just removed the glove box on my 2001 Honda Accord EX and changed the AC filters. I though this would fix a loud noise that starts when I turn on the HVAC fan and not necessarily the AC. Do I need to replace my HVAC Blower Motor or do I just need to clean it out?
