2001 Honda Accord battery

Just yesterday my car as acting funny and wasn't wanting to start but it did so than this morning it starts but when I stop to put gas it wont start again. So I tried to get a jump all the lights inside are working and when he tried to jump it nothing happened.I even tried a different battry and still no luck.I had been using my air alot ore than usual with all this heat. Any tips would help me. Thanks

THE ENGINE WON'T EVEN TRY TO TURN OVER. IT'S LIKE THERE IS NO POWER
